Our business is all about building relationships. Over the past 25 years, we have built a network of skilled professionals whose core values of integrity and respect for the client mirror our own commitment to customer satisfaction. It is these relationships, developed over time, which allow us to do a better job and deliver a higher quality product. While our in-house staff is qualified to handle almost any situation, we know we can rely on our network of skilled experts from all areas of general and specialty construction for consultations.
Safety
Our main objection is keeping our employees safe on the job site by providing safety seminars and training for newly hired employees as well as periodic safety meetings throughout their employment for Bartel Contracting, Inc. All employees are required to attend safety training and the protocols we have in place meet and exceed all standards set forth by the industry. Safety is a serious subject and we treat it with the respect it deserves.
Green Practices
Bartel Contracting, Inc. has used green building practices for many years. Green building is simply the practice of increasing the energy efficiency of the building (so you use less resources) while simultaneously reducing the building’s impact on the environment and human health during the entire building process. This starts with better site preparation and design and continues through the construction process and operation.
Far reaching effects
While each component may seem like it doesn’t make much of a difference, it is the combination of all these “green practices” that adds up to a substantial transformation in the building industry. Increasing productivity and using less energy and water during the construction phase reduce operating costs. Improving indoor air quality will create a better, healthier environment for the public and occupants of the building. By incorporating practices that decrease the environmental impact, for example, lessening storm water runoff; it is the environment that will be forever changed for the better.
